Target demographics include age 18-40 covering 28-30% of the U.S. population and downsizing Baby Boomers looking for maintenance free living earning annual incomes of $40,000 or more.
We purchase properties at least 10% under current rents and focus on creating curb appeal and improving the exterior condition of the property. We implement interior improvements and repairs and explore multiple cash generating services to increase the tenant retention, occupancy and value of the property.
